While you’re in our care, your satisfaction means the world to us. It is so important that we have a full-time patient advocate committed to meeting with you to ensure that your expectations are being met. 
During your stay, our patient advocate, Crystal Kiser, will visit you just to see how you’re doing. When you’re comfortable and pleased with your care, she wants to know so she can personally thank the staff members who are meeting your expectations. She’ll also ask you to share your comments about encounters that you believe we have the opportunity to improve. We recognize that it’s often the little things that make the biggest impact, so please don’t hesitate to point out our successes as well as any disappointments … no matter how small. Crystal is an important link between you and the physicians, nurses and administration, and she will share your compliments and comments.
Our patient advocate also serves as a liaison between you and your family members and the hospital and medical staff. If you have a question about a treatment or need more information about hospital services and resources, Crystal is here to help.
